How bad have government schools become?  This is a story for  adults, not children.  It is a sick explanation of why government schools have too much money and unions protect the worst of the worse in the classroom.

“Nine seventh-graders at a San Diego Unified School District middle school were suspended last month for watching porn on their cell phones and masturbating openly in class. Some students claim the teacher did nothing to stop them.

As if the above isn’t disturbing enough, The San Diego Union-Tribune says the actions began as a “gay test” during an English class at Bell Middle School in Paradise Hills. Testimonials from 22 students described the test as follows: “…students in the all-boys English class wore gym shorts and watched certain videos in class. Whoever became aroused was labeled gay. Children masturbated openly in class, according to the statements, and peers complained of inaction by the teacher.”

Sick?  The teacher was NOT fired or suspended.  But 1500 other teachers were given pink slips.  Would you trust government schools with your children?  Could this be considered child abuse?

Why isn’t this the lead story on every news broadcast and front page in every newspaper.  This is how your tax dollars for education are being used.

Note the union is working hard to protect this perverted teacher.  “A union representative is collecting signatures of support for Johnson.”  Do you still support forcing teachers to pay bribes to a union?

Students Suspended for ‘Gay Test,’ Watching Porn on Cell Phones While Masturbating in Class

Nine seventh-graders at a San Diego Unified School District middle school were suspended last month for watching porn on their cell phones and masturbating openly in class.

“It really made me and the other students mad that he wouldn’t do anything… and it was affecting our education and it was nasty, also,” one student told the Union-Tribune.

San Diego schools have a history of inclusion on gay issues, and San Diego County Office of Education board member John Witt, who represents the area but does not have jurisdiction in city schools, said, “I am very distressed about it and I wish there was something I can do about it.”

Several students reported the test to the teacher, Ed Johnson, who allegedly did the following: “…the teacher said he would give the students referrals to the office if he caught them, before returning to a book he was reading at his desk. The student said everything was in plain view, had the teacher glanced in the direction of the activity.”

Johnson remains employed without any changes to his schedule and is not one of 1,534 teachers being laid off due to budget cuts. Though district officials have declined to disclose whether or not personnel action was pending, reports say the educator “is under fire” for his inaction.

A union representative is collecting signatures of support for Johnson.
