Fredric U. Dickerregarded as the pre-eminent political reporter in New Yorks state capitalrecently published a column decrying the complete breakdown of the state legislature, which has been unable to conduct business for the past month.
Buried way down in Dickers piece, starting at the 19th paragraph, we learn:
During the first five months of this year, with the Senate under the control of its first African-American majority leader, [State Senator Malcolm] Smith, top Democrats bemoaned the lack of minority Senate staffers.
But instead of trying to recruit new hires, they fired nearly 200 almost exclusively white workers and replaced them with a large number of minority employees, many of whom were seen by their fellow workers to be unskilled at their new jobs.
The move produced severe racial tensions, made worse by the fact that, as a high-level Democratic staffer confided, We’ve been told to only hire minorities.'
So, nearly 200 people lose their jobs in New YorkState because of their race? And not at the hands of some evil corporation, but our own elected officials?
Its quite telling that, in our political age, mass firings can still happen because of ones race. Its even more telling that the only time I’ve seen this story get any coverage at allit was in the 19th paragraph of an otherwise unrelated column.

So now NY - along with its other financial woes is paying unskilled owrkers to pretend to do jobs - even as the legislature has done NOTHING for months!
And what's happening in DC? Obama has already named >30 CZARS (didn't we have a Revolutionary War (and others!) to get away from this kind of government?!!)
Americans had better wake up...the Left is spending this country into oblivion - even as it's Nationalizing (taking over!) financial, automobile and other industries and will make it IMPOSSIBLE for any industry OR BUSINESS to continue - UNLESS THEY BOW TO HIS SOCIALIST DEMANDS!
WAKE UP AND FIGHT BACK WHILE YOU STILL CAN...THEY DAY IS FAST APPROACHING WHEN DOING SO WILL LAND YOU IN A GOV'T DETENTION CENTER - (money for these is allocated in the DHS budget, by the way! - not even hiding it anymore...) If you LOVE AMERICA, if you BELIEVE IN THE CONSTITUTION, they consider you a threat~!

I've been a life long Republican like all of my family since emancipation.
Seems many of you don't realize both parties are full of bigots it's just a matter of what color is the dress is Blue or Red. Wake-up we are a land of special interest politics and politically correct bigots' who vote according to sound bites rather than taking time find out what the real data is. Then that points to the great level our our national educational achievement.
