I hope that woman sues not only the State, but the judges who ordered the release of those people. Maybe if the judges are found guilty of being accessories to attempted rape, they will think again about releasing inmates before their time for release.

We can't sue the judges, but it would be sweet revenge if some of these early release criminals would do some assults or criminal behavior on a few unwitting judges. Maybe then these insanity will stop.

Releasing dangerous prisoners on the pretext of saving money is not only fiscal stupidity, but amounts to unleashing mad dogs on innocent citizens. The judges that condone and participate in this insane agenda are typical of the poor quality of they that officiate our present day judicial system - 90% of whom should go back to ambulance chasing.

The root cause of every foolish, socialist agenda is the ACLU. That godless organization is funded by the federal government by re-embursement for lawsuits they bring against our freedom, our Constitution, and the American culture. These bastards only represent the opinion of about 15% of this country, but due to the lunacy of the corrupt politicians that we elect, and continue to elect, they are slowly eliminating our freedoms, our privacy, and our rights. Get MAD! Start with the officials that represent you in local government. Clean that house first. It wouldn't be a bad idea to clean house of ALL current politicians and start over. The first time one of them does something agains the freedom and rights of their citizens, they get recalled and sued. Get TOUGH and don't accept their flimsy, stupid excuses. Kick their cheating asses out. Once you have your local government representing the will of the people and protecting our interest, start on the state government. Use the same tactics and kick them all out. Any politician that even entertains a lobbyist, union boss, etc., or accepts ANY gift what so ever, from anyone, gets recalled immediately and sued to recover any ill-gotten gains. And finally, go after every elected federal representative and kick them all out of office. By this time, they are all guilty of trouncing willlingly on your personal rights and freedoms. They must all go, and they must go now starting in 2010. The judges seem like they might be harder to get rid of, but believe me, 330 million people can put a lot of pressure on these arrogant, self-righteous, crooked judges. If the judiciary is not fulfilling their responsibilities to the non-criminal citizens of this country, we can get rid of them. Just go do it, and do it now.
