We know that only 47% of Americans have jobs. The black unemployment rate is over 235 and Hispanic unemployment is 13%, while women are doing slightly better with a n unemployment rate of a little over 11%. Obama claims the unemployment rate is 7.6%-but the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) does give a more honest number
The BLS uses the U6 number as a more accurate rate—it is over 14%. We all know that the real number, including all who have stopped looking for wore given up is closer to 20%.
Obama is a successful President. His policies of creating part time, not full time jobs, has worked. Discouraging people from looking from work and instead spending the time applying for Food Stamps is a smashing success—47 million Americans—double from five years ago.
Where is the media? Why are they defending a national Recession?

Obama lied to us about death panels, costs of ObamaCare and the “keeping” of our doctors. He has led an Administration that spies on Americans with the NSA, intimidates them with the IRS and pays off his donors with billions in tax dollars—think Solyndra, etc.
But, as the newspapers reported on Friday, the economy is doing well. In fact, in June, according to the supporter of terrorists in Egypt (remember he gave the Muslim Brotherhood—beheading priest and women in Cairo) billions in modern armaments, the Administration claims 195,000 new jobs and an unemployment rate of 7.6% Wall street loved it, Paul Krugman applauded the creation of a $17 trillion debt to “stimulate” the Obama Economy.
As Bill Clinton would says, “it is all according to what the word ‘is”, “is””. Is a job where you work at low pay and no benefits a job to be rate the person as employed? Should we count people who work eight hours a week the same as those that work forty hours?
Per the Federal government they are the equivalent. At what point did we determine we want a part time economy?
While Obama was boasting of 195,000 new jobs in June, the facts, as usual go against the President. In fact, the economy LOST 240,000 full time jobs. It did gain 360,000 part time jobs. Under ObamaCare many businesses are forced to cut back full time workers—they can no longer afford to pay for the medical coverage mandated by the Democrats and Obama. Months ago Long Beach and Fresno State Colleges in California cut hundreds of full time employees back to part time. The specific reason given was the government schools could not afford to pay for ObamaCare. Kern County in the California Central Valley did they same for the same reason—they can not afford the cost of low quality/high priced health care mandated by Democrats.
A few days ago the President announced that the mandate on large corporations to accept ObamaCare was going to be held up for a year. Many felt it was because the President wanted to keep the issue of ObamaCare and its mandates, plus costs from debate during the November, 2014 election. That may have been part of the decision (which violates the law Obama signed—but if he doesn’t uphold the Constitution why expect him to keep his oath and enforce a law passed by Congress?
It is obvious his economic advisors gave him a advanced notice on the fulltime/part time numbers. This is still six months prior to the implementation of the law—and four months before paperwork on employment has to be submitted. The White House can see the trend, it has been going on for months. They know that by the end of the year wages numbers and hours will show the change in the economy. Worse, there will be so many part timers wanting full time work, that the ObamaCare “demand” of part timers will be exposed.
One of the more interesting problems is that it appears the one year moratorium on the implementing of ObamaCare is for businesses—wonder if unions and government also get a pass? Even if they don’t at this time, you can be sure they will when requested.
The biggest problem for Obama is that this gives companies another year to restructure its workforce—moving work to other countries, making more part time workers, cutting real employment—as they did in June.
Then you have the problem of young people refusing to participate in the program, preferring to pay the penalty instead. This brings up another question—if Barack can give another year to big, bad corporations, why doesn’t he give the same benefit to young people just out of college or high school trying to become self sufficient, while government policies are forcing them to buy high priced, unneeded coverage, yet unable to get a full time job due to the same law?
This is a major scandal, the size of the one enveloping the IRS and the NSA—you have a President lying to the public about employment rates to make himself look better..and his policies a success. Why hasn’t the mainstream media made an issue of this? Why doesn’t the Times (any variety) tell its readers that the White House numbers misled the public—and the cause is one bill, ObamaCare.
I urge folks reading this to write letters to the editor, ask their member of Congress why we are not told the complete truth? Go on talk radio and discuss this—get your talk show host to make a cause of this fraud from Washington. I believe when folks understand the hundreds of billions lost to families and the economy each year due to this dumbing down of our health care into Third World status, we will get even the Democrats demanding repeal.
